Yes for most popular lengths and colors. We maintain in-stock inventory at our facility in Dong Nguyen, Tu Son, Bac Ninh, Vietnam for common bundle lengths (8–32 inches) and standard colors. Custom lengths, colors, and made-to-order wigs are produced after order confirmation — typically within 5–10 business days.

Yes. We accept made-to-order requests for specific lengths, colors, densities, cap sizes, and lace specifications. Contact us by WhatsApp or Email with your requirements and we will confirm production timeline and pricing within 4 business hours.

All international orders ship via FedEx International Priority from our facility in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. We chose FedEx for end-to-end tracking, established customs handling for hair products, and consistent transit times worldwide.

Yes — we ship to more than 50 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU member states, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. If your country is not listed on our Shipping Policy, contact us and we can usually arrange shipping on request.

For in-stock items: 1–3 business days processing + 5–7 business days FedEx delivery = 6–10 business days end-to-end. For made-to-order items: 5–10 business days production + 5–7 business days delivery = 10–17 business days end-to-end.

Shipping is calculated by total weight and destination country. As a baseline: up to 300g costs from $50; 300–600g from $75; 600g–1kg from $110. Final cost is confirmed on your invoice based on the live FedEx rate for your specific country and package weight. Bulk and wholesale orders receive a tailored quote.

Every order ships with a FedEx tracking number sent by Email. Track your package in real time at fedex.com/tracking. Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of pickup from our facility.

Our shipping fee covers FedEx International transit only. Import duties, VAT, GST, and customs clearance fees charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Rates vary by country and declared value — your local customs authority can confirm the applicable rate.

We accept four international payment channels: Bank Transfer (T/T), OnePay, Western Union, and MoneyGram. Our team confirms your invoice first, then shares payment instructions for your preferred channel. All payments are made to our verified business account: Hoang Duc Import Export.

All prices and invoices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Bank Transfer and OnePay settle in USD. Western Union and MoneyGram allow you to send in your local currency, with conversion applied by the carrier at their prevailing rate.

Yes. OnePay uses PCI-DSS compliant encryption — card data is processed entirely within their certified gateway. Bank Transfers route through licensed correspondent banks. Western Union and MoneyGram are regulated remittance providers. We never request payment via personal accounts, cryptocurrency, or gift cards.

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided the hair has not been washed, cut, colored, installed, or chemically treated, and is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Yes. We accept exchanges for length, color, density, or product type within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability or production timeline for made-to-order items. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.

• Defective or wrong item: Anh Hair covers full return shipping plus the replacement shipping cost
• Non-defective return (change of mind): Buyer covers return shipping
• Exchange (non-defective): Buyer covers return shipping; we cover the replacement outbound shipping for the first exchange per order

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect, the original packaging, and the FedEx label. For confirmed defective or wrong items, we offer your choice of full replacement at our cost or full refund including original shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of return inspection. Time to reach your account depends on payment method: Bank Transfer 3–7 business days, OnePay 5–10 business days, Western Union and MoneyGram 2–5 business days.

There is no fixed minimum for individual buyers — you can order a single bundle or wig. For wholesale price tiers, minimums vary by product line and are confirmed during the quote. Bulk Hair and large wig orders typically start at 1 kg or 5+ units per style.
