By accessing or using our website, contacting Anh Hair by Email or WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
"Anh Hair", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Hoang Duc Import Export, located at Dong Nguyen, Tu Son, Bac Ninh, Vietnam. "You" or "buyer" refers to any visitor, customer, or wholesale partner of our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Anh Hair. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. Wholesale buyers represent that they have the authority to bind the entity they purchase on behalf of.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, sanctioned destinations, or buyer identity verification issues.
An order is confirmed only when we issue a written invoice and receive verified payment. Order details — products, length, color, density, quantity — are final once the invoice is paid. Changes are subject to our Shipping Policy.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price on the invoice we issue. Accepted payment methods are Bank Transfer (T/T), OnePay, Western Union, and MoneyGram, as described in our Payment Policy.
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our quoted price.
All international orders ship via FedEx International from our facility in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and confirmed on your invoice. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon FedEx pickup. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Hair that has been installed, washed, cut, colored, or chemically treated is not eligible for return.
Anh Hair manufactures and sells human hair products including Raw Hair, Virgin Hair, Wigs, Closures & Frontals, Bulk Hair, and Eyelashes. We make reasonable efforts to display product characteristics — length, color, weight, texture — accurately. Color shades may vary slightly due to monitor calibration, lighting, and the natural variation of human hair.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities at any time. Made-to-order items are produced after payment confirmation; production timelines are confirmed at order stage.
All content on our site — including text, images, product photography, logos, page layout, and the Anh Hair name — is the property of Hoang Duc Import Export or our licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or use our content commercially without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted.

Anh Hair products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Hair products are natural materials. Variation in shade, wave pattern, density, and texture is normal and expected within stated specifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anh Hair's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anh Hair, Hoang Duc Import Export, and our officers, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right in connection with your use of our services.
Our site may include links to third-party websites or services (such as FedEx tracking, OnePay checkout, or Google services). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We prefer to resolve disputes directly with our buyers. Before initiating any formal legal action, please contact us by Email at Anhhairfactory.2019@gmail.com with the details of your concern. We aim to respond within 4 business hours and resolve most issues within 7 business days.
For wholesale or B2B disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, the parties may agree to submit the matter to arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under its rules then in effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. For material changes, we will post a notice on our site before the change takes effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
