Shipping is calculated by total order weight and destination country. As a factory-direct manufacturer in Vietnam, every order ships via FedEx International for fast, fully trackable delivery worldwide.

02 — Processing
Processing Time
Every order is prepared at our facility at Dong Nguyen, Tu Son, Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or Vietnam public holidays begin processing the next business day.
03 — Delivery
Delivery Time
Once shipped, FedEx International typically delivers within 5–7 business days to most destinations. Remote areas, customs clearance, or destination-specific operations may extend this window slightly.

04 — Carrier
Shipping Carrier
All international orders ship via FedEx International Priority. We use FedEx as our primary carrier for three reasons: end-to-end tracking, established customs handling for hair products from Vietnam, and consistent transit times across all 50+ destination countries.
You receive a FedEx tracking number by Email the moment your package is collected from our facility.

06 — Customs
Customs & Import Duties
The shipping fee quoted at checkout covers FedEx International transit only. It does not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by your destination country.
Import duties, VAT, GST, and similar charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country, declared value, and local regulation. Our shipping team declares each package accurately as "human hair products" with the correct commercial value, as required by international shipping law.
Tip for wholesale buyers: If you import frequently or in volume, check your country's de minimis threshold and consider registering as a commercial importer — this often reduces duty rates significantly.
07 — Tracking
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a FedEx tracking number sent by Email to the address on your order. Track your package in real time at fedex.com/tracking using the tracking number provided.
Tracking typically begins updating within 24 hours of pickup. If you do not see an update after 48 hours, contact us — we will verify directly with FedEx Vietnam.
08 — Lost Packages
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately at Anhhairfactory.2019@gmail.com with your order number and FedEx tracking number.

Investigation: We open a trace with FedEx International — typically 3–7 business days for resolution

Confirmed lost in transit: Full replacement shipped at our cost, or full refund of product + shipping (your choice)

Marked delivered but not received: We coordinate with FedEx and the local courier to verify delivery — outcome depends on the FedEx investigation report
09 — Failed Delivery
Failed Delivery & Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We ship to the exact address provided.

Wrong address provided by buyer: Return and re-ship fees are the buyer's responsibility

Refused delivery or unclaimed package: Original shipping fee is non-refundable; return shipping and re-ship cost charged to buyer

10 — Changes
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to address, color, length, or product can only be made before your order enters production or ships. For in-stock items this is typically within 12 hours of order confirmation; for made-to-order items, before cutting and processing begins.
